Bee's Wrap began in the home of stay at home mother of three, Sarah Kaeck, from Vermont. Searching for an environmentally conscious and safe method of food storage, she developed Bee's Wrap after some trial and error, and input from family and friends.
The antibacterial properties of beeswax and jojoba oil help keep food fresh and allow Bee's Wrap to be used again and again. Bee’s Wrap evolved into a basic food storage product that was easy to clean and use, and that could be made available to many people.
As a Green America certified company, Bee's Wrap® is devoted to conservation and sustainability. As a family business, they are vested in the values and environment we pass along to future generations.
Bee's Wrap's products are reusable, biodegradable and compostable. They pay careful attention to the ingredients and materials used in the production process from start to finish, always striving to do a little better. The fabric and printing is GOTS certified, the beeswax is sourced from sustainably kept hives and they use only organic jojoba oil. The packaging is recyclable and plastic free.
Occasionally you may see some plastic in the packaging- this is ALWAYS because they are reusing something that was sent to them. Product packaging is 100% recycled. Bee's Wrap strives to close the loop, minimizing waste by reuse.
