If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund to the original form of payment, excluding the initial shipping cost. All items must be in unused, original condition, and in the original packaging. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Returns postmarked after 14 days of receipt of merchandise will not be accepted. Additional shipping costs may apply to an exchange item order. Special orders, sale items, and perishable goods cannot be returned.
Prior to shipping your return/exchange back to Charlotte Taylor, please contact us for a return authorization at email@example.com - please provide us with your name, the items being returned, reason for return, and whether the item is a return or exchange. We must receive this email within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Once you have received a return authorization from us, please ship your package to:

Once your return is received, we will send you an email notification. Upon receipt of items in their unused, original condition, we will then process your exchange or refund in full to the original form of payment. Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange if it does not meet our return or exchange policy requirements.
Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are your responsibility. If you are shipping an item over $50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for return/exchange items not received.
